I didn't find the plot particularly original, and I felt no connection with the characters, even as the story builds. The acting felt flat and lifeless, which is uncharacteristic of Ryder and Bentley.
The script felt pretentious and hollow. Thankfully, the ending was positive and left me feeling good. On the whole, I wouldn't recommend this one.
