Review of The Last Witch Hunter (2015) by Saitou Y — 13 Jan 2016
A witch hunter from the medieval era was cursed with immortality after killing the queen of witches, and more than 800 years later, he still hunts down and confronts evil warlocks under the supervision of a magical organization called the Axe and Cross.
As an action adventure movie, 'The Last Witch Hunter' successfully pulls off a guilty-pleasure entertainment value. However, that alone can't justify the absurdity of its recycled premise, mediocre cinematography, eye-rolling visuals, and a cheating plot that molds its own convenience as the movie progresses.
