Essential Viewing: Yes.
Gonna keep it short and simple. This is the best concert film/music movie ever made. Scorsese shoots it like a feature. The music by The Band and all of their guests is timeless and part of the very fabric that is Rock N Roll. Not to be missed in anyway.
