"Prince Lir: a happy ending can not come in the middle of a story.
Molly: but why isn't there any happy endings at all?
Schmendrick: there are no happy endings because nothing ever ends.".
It's nostalgic watching this movie again. The feeling of mystical magic is still there, the same way I felt when I was a wee kid at 9. Though I didn't realize how sad this was until now. I liked it, anyhow.
Impressive animation, great story, and of course, the songs by America were beautiful.
