Loved it as a kid and love it now. It is the pinnacle of 80s sci-fi (other than Star Wars and Wraith of Khan) and it is great for kids and adults alike. Its not even all that cheesy to be honest. The action is entertaining and it goes to show that playing video games can help in life.
