The Little things you experience with your child is what I've learned that makes life awesome. She and I have movie nights and tonight we watched "The Last Starfighter" from 1984. I was pretty much the same age as her when I first saw it and she was just as into it as I was 34 years ago.
.. even if the CGI, etc was dated. Parts of the story cheesy...it was awesome. I got the "what happens next?" question at least 30 times. A little vintage is good for kids...
