New age crime lords mixed with small time town. A recipe for disaster! I think overall this is a difficult mix, while I enjoyed the high speed chases. I really enjoy the feel of the city in these types of scenes not the dirt roads in the middle of no where.
But the humor and shoot out scenes are great. If you love Arnold then it is a must see.
