Just when you thought the mayor of california was back. He can definitely do better then this predictable and unintentionally hilarious escaped convict movie. The filming and directing were dated to the 1980s.
Its bad when you can predict the plot and lines while watching. I think arnie has a big scifi film left in him, maybe as a baddie n a star trek movie.
