Great police David and Goliath flic, like the kind Clint Eastwood used to make...clever plotting, smart editing...passable and sometimes good dialogue... imaginative actionwork by Director Jee-woon Kim, with fighting and car stunts we can actually follow and see.
..smart and even breath-taking work by Forest Whitaker in the smallest of moments...and Schwarzenegger, solid as granite on principle as much as physique.
