Beyond bad.
Arnold is no doubt getting a nice percentage of this film's earnings, but it won't earn much. Its absurd plot is matched by the incredibly stupid things the actors have to say.
Ranked against the couple-dozen auctioneers Hollywood grinds out each year, this one is way sub par.
Arnold deserves better. So do we. Make a note of the critics here who have this a thumbs up and never take their words seriously again.
