Typical 'paint by the numbers' action film, throw in your stupid comedic sidekick, inept cops, villain with a horrible accent, cheesy one-liners and a few hot babes(not going to complain about that) and this is what you get.
Nothing remotely special about this one but it wasn't a total stinker.
