This movie has NO IDEA what it wants to be. One second it's small town cop cliches, followed by FBI movie cliches, followed by (actually kinda bitchin) race car fights! mixed with randomly inserted goof ball humor via Johnny Knoxville, who by the way, only shows up in the movie 1/16 as much as Forest Whittaker does! In addition to poorly edited action sequences that are either tame, or way over the top! I still enjoyed it.
Especially when the race cars were stalking each other in the cornfield. I laughed my ass off!
