Review of The Last Samurai (2003) by D.j. N — 01 Apr 2011
This film was certainly watchable but wasn't the epic it wanted to be. It was incredibly predictable and too even on the "noble savage" cliches. The acting, at least in general, wasn't bad and some of the fight/battle scenes were quite well done but it was all spoilt by the predictability and the heavy aroma of cheddar.
