If the goal was to depress me they did it. I think critics must like to be sad. If you want to win awards tell a tragedy. Maybe I'm crazy, but sitting through a whole movie to discover at last what they are trying to tell me is that life sucks no matter what age you are isn't fun.
Acting was great. Story was well written. Directing was fine. Just not for me.
