Review of The Last of the Mohicans (1992) by Michael M — 24 Jan 2011
This movie is so good and has so many classic scenes in it that it's impossible to compare it to other movies. Every aspect of this movie is amazing, the incredible, fast paced story (which if you've ever read the book you'll marvel that it was possible to create a screenplay of this caliber), incredible performances (who would have imagined Daniel Day Lewis as a kick, ass frontiersman?), and incredible cinematography (the final scenes are filmed in one of the most amazing settings I can remember seeing).
This film oozes courage and drama but its ultimately an amazing love story. This is best watched with someone close to you, preferably in bed and naked because you'll have lots to do afterwards!
