Review of The Last Kiss (2006) by Corey O — 01 Jul 2008
Contained a wealth of promise, with its slew of pretty decent actors. I came to terms with early on that the only relationship that really mattered, though, was Zach Braff's, and his pregant girfriend's parents. So maybe it was for comic relief from such a debilitating and awkward storyline that the movie shifted in the most unnecessary of times from side-character to side-character.
Was decent enough, but could have been much, much better. Maybe even moving. Shame on Paul Haggis and his talent for adapting such a strange and inconsistent script.
