Review of The Last King of Scotland (2006) by Michael W — 09 Aug 2013
They say true life stories are much more interesting than fiction. This adage is evident with The Last King of Scotland. When a doctor gets mixed up/adviser with African dictator Idi Amin this true story is one beyond belief.
Forest Whitaker's performance of Amin whose attitude changes could kill someone is chilling. An interesting film which is a change from the usually formulated movie Hollywood makes.
