While less intelligent and shocking than its predecessor, The Last House on the Left is still deep enough and frightful enough to shock its audience and provide the gore necessary to attempt to remake its 1972 predecessor.
Disturbing and intense, The Last House on the Left still isn't a film for everyone, and only those with strong stomachs should attempt it.
