Review of The Last House on the Left (1972) by Tom E — 02 Mar 2009
It's supposed to be a classic old-school horror that ranks alongside Texas Chainsaw Massacre, but despite some pretty harsh (sexual and err... regular) violence it disappointed me. The characters all seemed stoned and hippies really annoy me, so maybe that's where I failed to connect with them.
Whatever, they were pretty irritating and the parents aren't particularly sympathetic either.
