Ok, this is not a horror film. A horror film always contains utterly unrealistic elements. This one does not really do that.
This film depicts sadism, violence and human menance in a shocking form. This is rated 18 for a very good reason and quite frankly, if I had an 18 year-old child, I would not let them watch it without walking to them about it afterwards.
