Review of The Last House on the Left (1972) by Sakari L — 20 May 2009
Ehh. Sweet Virgin Mari buys marihuana from the wrong guys in this early 70's trashy exploitation "shocker". More Pink Flamingos than Elm Street, it depicts all the vices considered unshowable back in the day (murder, rape, drugs etc.
) - otherwise there's no point to it at all, making it another historical relic. The best part was the absurdly misplaced musical score.
