The reality slams you, sickens you, startles you and finally you either believe it can like the way the movie portray or it is just Hollywood. I was there, in Africa, with medical care and it is as bad as the movie portrayed.
Great acting by Javier Bardem and Charlize Theron. Highly recommended.
