There was absolutely no need for a sequel. "The Last Exorcism" was an excellent movie that left a fair amount of things to the imagination. This movie was pretty boring, and I did not like the whole "end of the world theme".
The only thing that I liked about the movie was the last minute or so because the special effects were cool. Overall, major letdown. I did like how this movie was an actual movie, and made reference to the original as a viral video.
