I'm a sucker for dark circus melodramas, and this mind-bending masterpiece is easily one of the best, certainly the most outrageous. For all of its gloriously over the top violence, sex, and absurdity, it really is an excellently-crafted film by director Alex de la Iglesia, with some superb cinematography and performances.
One of the most flat-out entertaining movies I've seen in a long while.
