Although this movie was made in 91, it reeks like a bad 80s cop movie. Corrupt politicians, guns, drugs, strip clubs, cigarettes, murders, and brutal deaths. Luckily, we will never tire of seeing Bruce Willis playing a down-and-out cop shooting bad guys.
