Jeff Bridges is terrific and very convincing in the lead role. The story has very uneven pacing and jumps around through various subplots a little too often. Good supporting cast and the theme song by Jim Croce was a big hit at the time.
Really well edited and the cinematography is quite good. It's a good film, just isn't as thrilling as it could have been.
