Review of The Land Before Time (1988) by Josh E — 31 Jul 2015
This is one of the most underrated children's films of all time. I've recently re-watched this film as an adult and found the story of a child going through the grief process with a group of his friends while also having to fend for themselves, a truly heartwarming tale.
The music score is even better than I remembered as a child. The music was something that I was actually ashamed to say I didn't appreciate until I watched it as an adult. The artwork and story make this one of the modern era's most underrated films.
I'm not too proud to say I cried at the end and I'm a 30 year old man.
