Review of The Land Before Time (1988) by Nicole I — 28 Apr 2009
The dinosaurs are drawn very well, with the scenery quite realistic. This one's kind of sad, but hopeful as they long to reach the peaceful valley. Has a lot of characters, and deals with problems kids face with insecurity and standing up for one's self.
Little foot is very cute, and easily the more sensitive and thoughtful of the group. The ending song is sung by Diana Ross, feels lonely and sad, but hopeful. Maybe 7 and up would benefit the most.
