I started this movie with a sad feeling and the feeling stayed until the yard sale for the towns kids league baseball. The wife Lisa takes home a lamp, fusses with her husband Stanley then starts to pick up the MESS he made and reads the words on the lamp and a man appears.

But at the start you would think it would SAM BUT instead it is CHARLES a messenger. After Charles meets Stanley he gives him 3 wishes that he will fulfill after 30 days but must within the rules set forth.

So soon after the 30 days are up and Charles comes back. By that time the 3 wishes they had EXCEPT one had already came true. He fell in love with 2 foster children who lived next door and by the END of the movie I was crying and happy.

GREAT MOVIE with an EXCELLENT message but once it comes together THE TRUTH of who's wishes TRULY was GRANTED will make you smile!
