Under appreciated and widely overlooked. this is the Coen brothers second most deft comedy; behind, of course, The Big Lebowski. Its direct and intentional mockery of so many cultural stereotypes is presented perfectly amidst the relentless literary and pop-culture references that make the Coen brothers the multi-faceted and brilliant writer/directors that they are.
