Review of The Ladykillers (2004) by Aj S — 27 Mar 2008
I'm not entirely convinced that the Coen brothers did in fact direct this movie. I think that very clever impersonators directed this film or aliens invaded their bodies or people found a secret door into their minds like they did in the movie "Being John malkovich".
Also, I'm not entirely convinced that that was Tom Hanks acting in the lead role as if he is Colonel Sanders on crack. Everything about this movie is so below the talent level of the people involved that I was beyond shocked.
Definitely not what I was expecting and definitely not the caliber you come to expect from the talent that produced it.
