Yeah - this is Coen Bros in their Hudsucker/O Brother vein - i.e., polarizing but hysterical to some of us. Don't expect Fargo or Lebowski (though it's similar to Burn After Reading) and you won't be disappointed.
Especially fun if you have any relationships with Southerners or black churchgoing ladies (spot on).
