Review of The Ladykillers (2004) by Christopher B — 18 Sep 2013
This might be one of the Coen Bros weakest film entries but the movie is still absurdly funny. Tom Hanks gives a fine performance here as a professor who is a bumbling criminal. Divine retribution and religious faith are looked at in this screwball comedy.
The best thing that this film has going for it is not so much the plot but the cast of characters.
