Review of The Ladykillers (2004) by Charlotte P — 24 Feb 2008
This was a lot better than I was led to believe by film critics! Funny, if crude for some tastes, the Coens' All-American take on an Ealing comedy retains Ealing's darkness very well. I don't think I would be saying that, however, if another actor was playing Hanks' role.
