Review of The Lady Vanishes (1938) by Jeremy B — 25 Jul 2008
One of the most fascinating mysteries Hitchcock ever put on the screen, and also a powerful cautionary tale about the foolishness of trying to appease fascism. Michael Redgrave's performance is just about as charming as it gets, and a great cast supports him every step of the way.
