Review of The Lady of Heaven (2021) by Noornoor — 26 Dec 2021
Do not waste your time watching Lady of Heaven. I had such high hopes for this movie when the trailer was released last year but after my brother has watched it and reviewed the movie, I was so disappointed that words alone cannot describe how my hopes and excitement for this movie went down the hill.
Only 15-20 minutes is spent on the holy Lady Fatima, peace be upon her, and the rest of the movie, literary two fudging hours, is just a half-fabricated and poorly made story about Islam in general, that the title, The Lady of Heaven, clashes with the overall content of the movie.
There are some changes in the historical events hence why some parts are fabricated. You might want to watch it for pure entertainment. But it's not even worth watching it for entertainment purposes. The quality is cheap, characters don't get introduced in the movie, many jumping scenes that there's no consistency from the beginning to the end.
It will just confuse you.
