Tim Meadows just combined Gary Coleman of the 80's with Dusty Rhodes' voice to get the Leon Phelps. Crap gets old after about 10 minutes. I would rather juggle fig newtons while Rosie O'Donnel shoots mouthwash in my eye with a supersoaker.
