Review of The Ladies Man (1961) by Steve W — 08 Oct 2016
Herbert is a shy man from a shy town, and when his sweetheart leaves him for another he swears off women and goes off to the city to make his mark. He refuses to stay anywhere near women, but ends up being the caretaker of a house full of nubile young women.
The gags are pretty good and the movie does find a soft centre with one subplot, so this is one of the more enjoyable Jerry Lewis comedies.
