An excellent period drama looking at King George VI & the debilitating speech impediment he suffered since his childhood. With the help of the his wife, the future Queen Elizabeth The Queen Mother & a speech therapist, Lionel Logue, he overcomes his fears to deliver the first war time speech to inspire a nation against the oncoming nazi forces.
