An uplifting and triumphant film for many reasons: a king thriving to connect to his people despite his speech deficiency, his 'therapist' persistent of his unorthodox ways that eventually won him to be the king's ally, and to everyone behind the period drama, especially to Colin Firth for his Oscar-winning performance.
