Review of The Kings of Summer (2013) by Sarvesh D — 07 May 2013
I really wanted to love this film as much as it loves itself, but it soon runs out of bread crumbs and never seems to find its way back to the point. A little Spike Jonze, a little Wes Anderson, and a lot of Saturday Night Live does not amount to much more than what might be a compilation of tv commercials with sit-com style appeal.
