Review of The Kings of Summer (2013) by Paolo C — 26 Apr 2014

Very nice family movie, truly enjoyable, I miss this kind of a movies that I used to watch when I was a kid. The role of Moises Arias as eccentric kid called Biagio adds particular depth to the atmosphere.

I love the scene from a trailer where Joe and Patrick are playing drums on a water pipe and Biaggio is having his goofy dance. As a minus I feel some scene are being rushed, I expected more on a part where they were building parts and gathering pieces, as well as some parts of the house looking too comfortable.

All in all I truly recommend this movie for a Saturday evening watch.
