Review of The Kingdom (2014) by Darren L — 06 Feb 2010

The effects were good to help make a decent film. I gotta say though, I'm getting kind of tired of movies that have that one renegade do-gooder who's going to break the rules or step outta bounds to set things right.

Just doesn't seem believable to me and it's kinda old. Sure, I hope protocols are always been questioned but in real life I think these types with good intentions would end up being given their walking papers.

How about a story where the lead character actually follows the rules and there's still a happy ending.
