85 mins of build up for a good shoot-out does not warrant spending millions. The pacing is so frantic at times, with titles of characters and their position flashing up on screen so fast you can even read it.

.. If Michael Mann had made this film, it would have been great, but this turns out to be a rather bland, not as deep as it thinks it is action/drama. As for the U.S. being right about everything and the 'shoot anyone wearing a towel' policy.

.. you'd expect no less from a film like this.
