Arguably the greatest film of the 90's. Avedon is the balls as the maverick cop on a death wish. Complete with some horrendous bad acting and stone cold dish of revenge he heads to Thailand to smash a snuff film ring and avenge his brothers death.
Billy Blanks three way kick rivals Daniel-San's crane kick as the great martial arts move of all time.
