Review of The King of Kong: A Fistful of Quarters (2007) by Jeremy C — 01 Dec 2012
Something I did not expect. It was a little simple and repetitive at times, but it still managed to show us what was important to gamers on the most basic level and I learned more about a facet of society I had never really experienced.
It made me wonder if I had the capability to compete in any game I enjoy on this level. Billy Mitchell's conceit was so odd, but that was also was what made it interesting. I will see what is going on with Two Galaxies today.
I was happy the way it ended too.
