Practically perfect. So hillarious...you can't believe there are actually people like this that exist! Billy is the biggest tool ever, and it blows my mind that he thinks that highly of himself. He has to know on some cellular level that he is the BIGGEST TOOL EVER.
Funniest line ever has to be the guy going around the arcade telling people theres about to be a Donkey Kong killscreen if they want to come see it. So pathetic, but SO funny.
