Thanks to a hilariously sardonic script from Paul D. Zimmerman, a delightfully awkward turn from Robert DeNiro, and the always-memorable directorial techniques of Martin Scorsese, "King Of Comedy" definitely surpasses the tepid and rash responses it initially received in the 80s.
