You will find a lot of good ingredients in "The Kindergarten Teacher": poetry, dissatisfaction, one of the Gyllenhaal, frustration, little cute kids...and the result is not disappointing at all.
The film might be overreaching in some aspects, but is well balanced in its totality, and that is what it matters the most.
