A really creepy and disturbing film. The script is excellent, with great suspense and a twisty plot. The acting is superb, especially by Nick Cannon. The premise ought to be absurd but given the history of the real MK-ULTRA program and the character of the conscienceless fools who were running the "war on Terror" until the last election, perhaps it isn't -- I could easily imagine the villain's words coming out of Dick Cheney's mouth.
This movie is a dark tale well worth watching.
